Stop doing it wrong Chef Bouhadana stressed in a recent video for the ZAGAT Food Channel. Eating with chopsticks is difficult for some westerners, but it doesn’t have to be. And he knows what he is talking about. In addition to being Chef and co-partner of  Sushi Dojo, a top sushi bar in NYC, and Dojo Izakaya, the newly-opened gastropub in the East Village NYC, Chef David also lived and trained in Japan for many years. Watch the video and not only does he demonstrate how to use chopsticks to eat burgers, rice, vegetables –and even soup –, he teaches you some chopstick etiquette too.
